SeniorProgramme Coordinator - Hybrid Working (MediaCityUK) - Up to £35,000HOST, the Home of Skills & Technology, is an innovation hub in Salford, made by IN4.0.Formerly known as The Landing, and located at the heart of MediaCityUK, it offers a home for all. Five floors of innovation support for individuals, freelancers, start-ups, and SMEs through to established businesses. With labs, R&D and prototyping environments, affordable workspace, specialist advice, technology training and social spaces to connect and collaborate, HOST is an inclusive community of innovators in data science, AI, gaming, and immersive technologies.HOST is also part of the wider Salford Innovation Triangle, and sits alongside: Salford Royal Foundation Trust, with its global-leading innovation factory; Salford University, the fastest growing University in the North West; and MediaCityUK, the tech citythats home to 250 creative and digital businesses.Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator to join our team.As a Programme Coordinator you will: Supporting on the delivery of a portfolio of accelerator and incubation programmes to youth group and younger demographics. Supporting in event organisation, management, and facilitation. Using pre-existing designs for programmes to think creatively about how to deliver programmes that maximises positive outcomes for participating businesses. Outreach and liaison with relevant partners and organisations to successfully deliver programmes Researching relevant future partnerships and opportunities available. Undertaking market research and developing output analysis to design and deliver new programmes when the opportunity arises. Work cross-functionally, including cross referral, with our innovation team to support innovation programmes. Develop content and copy to support innovation programmes, including the use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PPT to support in programme management and delivery. Producing impact reports and visualising data effectivel with the ability to use other platforms when required, eg. Typeform, Notion, Trello, Nexudus, Adobe, Canva etc. Support in maintaining project management tools (action logs, risk logs, activity trackers) including keeping the CRM up to date. Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities for us to expand our offer, and for sell-on of HOST services to programme members.To be successful in this programme coordinator role you will have experience/knowledge in the following: Understanding of how to successfully manage projects to youth and education groups to meet target objectives (qualifications not needed, just experience) Ability to generate ideas and work cross-functionally with internal and external teams. Tech-savvy - has an interest in technical innovation and desire to learn more upon future tech (Interest in Tech start-ups is a bonus) Experienced and comfortable in a client-facing role, with flexibility to adjust and deliver in response to client input quickly and effectively. Confident in setting up successful events upon remote platforms e.g. Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Hopin and working in a digital and tech-driven environment, both in person and on remote platforms. Ability to work with data and draw inferences from this to inform content creation.Other role information:
