Job Description

OverviewBrand new and exclusive opportunity for a Senior CRM Executive to join an exciting, fast growth e-commerce business based in Manchester.The company is in the health and wellness space, with products sold directly to consumer through a variety of e-commerce platforms, as well as via household name retail partners both online and in-store, globally.In their fifth year of trading, the company is growing from strength to strength in both team size and numbers, which is why the Senior CRM Executive position is such a critical and important role for the business, and will be responsible for driving growthacross two brands.The RoleThe Senior CRM Executive sits at the centre of the marketing team and reports to the Head of Marketing. The core focuses of the role are the retention of the current customer base, improving user/brand experience and ultimately growing customer lifetimevalue (LTV).The idea candidate will fully own the CRM efforts, growing the channel by devising topical, creative & engaging campaigns delivered across different owned channels.Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Calendar - Devise and deliver an online marketing calendar based on business/customer needs, trends, themes, topical events etc. You will be accountable for the day-to-day delivery of this calendar. We have customers around theworld shopping via a UK website, plus four international websites.
  • Email (& SMS) - Work with our creative team to devise and execute email marketing calendar for our existing customer base (sent via our email platform Klaviyo). Ongoing optimisation of concepts and visuals. Includes SMS.
  • Wider CRM - While the role has an email focus, the ideal candidate will contribute beyond that into areas such as on-site, loyalty, lead generation, in-parcel, as well as providing ideas for new initiatives.
  • Trading, Performance, Reporting & Audits - Take a leading role in the day-to-day delivery of website trading and performance. Ongoing monitoring of performance of key metrics and suggest/implement interventions as required. Audits of associatedapps, customer journey and various marketing platforms or cost and efficiency purposes
  • Idea Generation - Research, critique and propose ideas of all sizes, on an ongoing basis, to improve metrics such as conversion, retention, AOV, LTV etc - as well as any other relevant areas (user experience, brand, loyalty etc).
Requirements
  • Min. 3 years previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, email/CRM
  • Experience using platforms such as Klaviyo and Shopify
  • Experience within a DTC brand
  • Experience within a start-up environment would be beneficial
  • Interest in the health, wellness and nutrition space would be beneficial
Location: Manchester (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum plus extensive benefitsBenefits
