OverviewBrand new and exclusive opportunity for a Senior CRM Executive to join an exciting, fast growth e-commerce business based in Manchester.The company is in the health and wellness space, with products sold directly to consumer through a variety of e-commerce platforms, as well as via household name retail partners both online and in-store, globally.In their fifth year of trading, the company is growing from strength to strength in both team size and numbers, which is why the Senior CRM Executive position is such a critical and important role for the business, and will be responsible for driving growthacross two brands.The RoleThe Senior CRM Executive sits at the centre of the marketing team and reports to the Head of Marketing. The core focuses of the role are the retention of the current customer base, improving user/brand experience and ultimately growing customer lifetimevalue (LTV).The idea candidate will fully own the CRM efforts, growing the channel by devising topical, creative & engaging campaigns delivered across different owned channels.Responsibilities:
