Due to recent growth in our businesswe are looking to appoint a Recruitment Resourcer to support the existing team with the sourcing and placing of Insurance candidates.This is a brilliant opportunity for a Junior Recruiter, Existing Resourcer or experienced Insurance professionals to work alongside a highly experienced team of Consultants and Resourcers and gain great mentorship while also gaining brilliant training anddevelopment.While you will have support to develop into a full Recruitment Consultant, in the short / medium term your focus will be on assisting with the generation of specialist candidates. This will be done by telephone, email marketing, adertising, social mediaand referral gathering, allowing candidates to build a long-term relationship with you.On a day-to-day basis you will be working with your team to understand each requirements, target specific candidates that are relevant and engaging them to qualify their interests and suitability.
