Job Description

Reception Teaching Assistant- Salford (Little Hulton) - Full TimeAre you a passionate TA who specialises in EYFS and looking for a new challenge in a diverse two- form entry primary school in Salford Tradewind Manchester is currently looking for an enthusiastic primary TA who is familiar with EYFS phonics, spelling andreading to support a thriving Salford school.This is a full-time role with an immediate start then following an initial period working on a temporary basis (typically 16 weeks) this role could become permanent and you may be offered a school contract. A desirable candidate will have a strong understandingof Phonics, can engage pupils on an individual and group basis as well as provide 121 support with reading and spelling.To join us and be successful in this Reception TA role, you will need to:

  • Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant bachelors degree.
  • Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
  • Provide a CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK
