Our client, an extremely successful, prestigious property organisation in Manchester are currently seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to work on one of their prestigious new build sites in Salford.Working within their highly successful sales team, you will be responsible for selling high quality apartments both off plan and on site, to a mixture of owner occupiers, investors and help to buy’.You will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish and completing all relevant paperwork to complete the sales process.This is a rare opportunity to work within a prestigious organisation, who offer can high quality training and development, a competitive salary and commission package along with a clear path to career progression. We are looking for an exceptional new buildsalesperson/estate agent, with who has drive, passion and an excellent track record for selling properties.You should be able to naturally develop existing client relationships as well as generate new business.
