Job Description

A full-time,Programme Coordinator position based in the Salford area and offering hybrid working.Client DetailsOur client is a religious organisation who aim to tackle poverty in the UK and are looking for a Programme Coordinator to join their diverse team.DescriptionThe key accountabilities for the Programme Coordinator will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Encouraging opportunities for individuals experiencing poverty and taking part in campaigning events
  • Contributing to the organisation of community events
  • Writing blogs and taking charge of social media
  • Coordinating meetings between key religious partners
  • Participating in regular team/key partner meetings
  • Delivering training and development programmes with regional partners
  • Growing relationships with new partners
  • Contributing to the design and evaluation of the impacts of projects
Profile
  • Will have a strong understanding of how poverty impacts on peoples lives
  • Knowledge of how structural policies and institutions interact with the economy and poverty
  • Will have excellent skills in project management and delivery
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident in speaking to stakeholders at all levels and presenting
Job Offer
