With unrivalled knowledge and experience, we provide high-quality, value-for-money finance, procurement and employment services to the NHS, helping them overcome any challenges they face in the back office.We work closely with NHS organisations all over the country to replace outdated, time-consuming and error-prone paper processes, with affordable digital systems and more efficient ways of working, and in addition to our core services, we are designing and developing innovative digital technologies and piloting brand new ways of working, which further improve efficiency and quality, and better support the NHS workforce to deliver world-class patient care.We are passionate about using our expertise to save the NHS time and money and are more relevant today than ever before.The Day Job:Are you a Service Lead with a panache for procurementDo you have experience of quality framework management and improvementWe are looking for a Service and Quality Manager to join our transactional procurement team, enabling us to orientate our service to be more centred on client satisfaction. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to really make a stamp on this newly created position!You will proactively manage our Integrated Procurement Service client base, ensuring responsive and efficient client service delivery. You will be capable of developing strategic relationships, identifying areas of service improvement, raising awareness of client needs internally and reporting on performance.You will be a self-starter with effective communication and influencing skills and a thorough grounding in procurement methods, systems, and procedures. You will confidently use your commercial judgement to respond to and resolve challenges, maintain, and improve service levels and delight clients.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and assists in developing propositions which deliver client benefits and generate revenue growth for the organisation
  • Introduces a quality management framework for the Integrated Procurement service that drives continuous improvement and risk management.
  • Supports Client Partnership Executives in the development, ownership, and delivery of the strategy, gaining the necessary buy-in from the Line of Business and other internal stakeholders.
  • Ensures the collection and dissemination of the Net Promoter Score and identification of areas of improvement to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and perception are achieved and maintained and to ensures a culture of Client centricity is fostered.
  • Promotes Voice of Customer internally - listen to clients and feedback to the Line of Business.
  • Implements the engagement required at tactical and operational level with Clients to ensure an effective service is maintained and issues are raised and dealt with promptly.
  • Acts as an escalation point for client queries and complaints and ensure prompt resolution through NHS SBS and where necessary, co-ordinate the delivery of Client action plans.
  • Required SkillsYou need to have:
  • Demonstrable experience within a service lead role
  • Working knowledge of a transactional procurement function
  • Public sector background
  • Client management
