This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to really make a stamp on this newly created position!You will proactively manage our Integrated Procurement Service client base, ensuring responsive and efficient client service delivery. You will be capable of developing strategic relationships, identifying areas of service improvement, raising awareness of client needs internally and reporting on performance.You will be a self-starter with effective communication and influencing skills and a thorough grounding in procurement methods, systems, and procedures. You will confidently use your commercial judgement to respond to and resolve challenges, maintain, and improve service levels and delight clients.Key Responsibilities:
