Job Description

Established in 1969, Liberty offers professional responsive repairs services, gas installation, maintenance and servicing, as well as energysolutions, electrical installations and property building services.We are looking to recruit a Planner to join us in our Salford Office in Eccles New Road.Key responsibilities for the Planner role are:Control and monitor the daily work activity on the IT systemAllocate and deliver services to agreed business priorities in the mostcost effective wayMonitor incoming work raised by the service centreUpdate IT system to allow statistical data to be collated and reportedLiaise with operatives to ensure work is completed within specified timeframesConduct customer satisfaction surveysFollow up on enquires and complaintsIn return, what well expect from you:Strong administrative skills and ability to operate a computerised database system (ideally Opti-Time). Experience in working with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access).
