Liberty is passionate about housing maintenance and development, with a strong commitment to value for money servicesthat make a positive difference to people and the communities in which we work.Responsibilities for the Planner role are:Control and monitor the daily work activity on the IT systemAllocate and deliver services to agreed business priorities in the mostcost effective wayMonitor incoming work raised by the service centreUpdate IT system to allow statistical data to be collated and reportedLiaise with operatives to ensure work is completed within specified timeframesConduct customer satisfaction surveysFollow up on enquires and complaintsWhat we are looking for in our ideal Planner:Strong administrative skills and ability to operate a computerised database system (ideally Opti-Time). Experience in working with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access).
