Senior Hand Fellow (12 months) Orthopaedic Surgery / Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery commencing in February 2021An opportunity has arisen to recruit a high calibre Ortho-plastic Hand Fellow. You will join a large multidisciplinary Orthoplastic Hand & Wrist Team consisting of consultant colleagues, Hand registrar, Hand Surgery core trainee, Advanced Practitioners and specialist nurses in hand surgery. The unit has a strong track record in higher level teaching and training for hand surgery.Post-CCT doctors will be desirable, there is independent clinic and theatre activity within the post. There will be a teaching and research commitment. There will be an expectation to provide out of hours hand surgery clinic/theatre and manage hand trauma as well as elective hand surgery.
