Were currently looking for a People Service Partner to join our Team in Salford to be responsible for the day-to-day management of the payroll and pension services to the organisation. Youll deliver a fit for purpose HR system, to include payroll and pensionservices and in addition, the delivery of projects specific to improving the employment experience, shaping the services of the team to the wider organisation.Reporting and supporting the People Services Manager, youll develop and review policies and procedures associated with payroll and pension provisions, whilst continually looking to improve efficiencies, streamlining our procedures and suggesting and implementingprocess system improvements.Acting as a key contact to our third-party payroll managed service provider, youll ensure all obligations are actioned in line with agreed SLAs and service expectations, whilst responding to all payroll, pension and system enquiries or issues.About you!Self-motivated, with the ability to delegate and manage effectively and who thrives on change, youll hold a recognised payroll qualification or equivalent experience / knowledge and have sound understanding of pension auto-enrolment legislation.
