Job Description

Job Title: Payroll Administrator (Part Time) Location: Remote / Hybrid (Salford)Salary: up to £26k depending on experience Our client is one of Europes leading digital media service providers. Operating at the heart of MediaCityUK, our client has access to HD TV studios, digital post-production, cloud media management services and advanced connectivity options.The successful candidate will work within a small HR team who provide hands on support to all areas of the business, supporting the HR manager in payroll and building relationships with employees and external providers. Duties will include providing a monthlypayroll service and delivering a high level of efficiency and operational advice consistent with Company and legal requirements. As well as providing a confidential, consistent, and timely service to internal stakeholders, and working to deliver objectivesin line with our clients values.Key Required Skills:

  • Previous Payroll processing experience (preferably with Cascade, desirable but not essential)
  • Knowledge of the full HR operations processes/employee lifecycle
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external managers and contacts
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyse data
  • Understanding of Zero Hour Contracts, casual holiday pay, payroll and HMRC/Tax regulations, and key payroll processes such as SSP, Maternity, pension auto enrolment, national insurance, and salary sacrifice
  • Experience in processing and responding to queries relating to P11ds, P60s and other payroll related activity, and preparation and publishing of Gender Pay Gap report
  • Support the HR Administrator in all aspects of HR administration
  • A discreet approach with the ability to always handle sensitive business and personal information confidentially
