Job Description

The OpportunityBrand new and exclusive opportunity for CRM Manager to join an exciting, fast growth e-commerce business based in Manchester.The company is in the health and wellness space, with products sold directly to consumer through a variety of e-commerce platforms, as well as via household name retail partners both online and in-store, globally.In their fifth year of trading, the company is growing from strength to strength in both team size and numbers, which is why the Paid Media position is such a critical and important role for the business, and will be responsible for driving growth acrosstwo brands.OverviewThe role sits at the centre of the marketing team, within a team of four and reports to the Head of Marketing. The core focus of the role is user acquisition and ultimately revenue generation via a variety of paid marketing channels. We have two brands andcustomers around the world shopping via a UK website, plus four international websites.Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy - You will lead and own our paid media strategy, across all channels, with full accountability for key performance metrics. You will be accountable for the day- to-day delivery of this strategy and all ongoing optimisation.
  • Facebook - Devise engaging, high converting campaigns based on business/ customer needs, trends, themes, topical events etc. Keep a keen eye on pre- agreed ROAS targets. Work with our internal creative team to test and optimise multiple new creatives eachmonth.
  • Google - Work with a strong external agency to manage our Shopping ads. Support them with tasks to ensure they are meeting/exceeding key performance metrics. Self-manage any non-Shopping ads such as search and display.
  • New Channels - Keep up-to-date with trends and opportunities on new channels. Always be open to testing new channels and work with creative to execute quickly.
  • Reporting - Be laser focused on data and numbers. Monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance and prepare reports for management. Suggest and implement interventions as required.
  • Idea Generation - Research, critique and propose ideas of all sizes, on an ongoing basis, to improve metrics such as conversion, AOV, LTVetc as well as any other relevant areas.
Requirements - Qualifications
  • 3+ years previous experience in paid media, e-commerce, digital marketing
  • Highly competent with mix of paid channels including Google and Facebook
  • Experience running paid ads for a DTC brand
  • Experience with other platforms such as TikTok and YouTube would be beneficialExperience within a start-up environment would be beneficial
  • Interest in the health, wellness and nutrition space would be beneficial
