All our training contracts are offered internally, and the firm offered a total of 28 training contracts in 2021/2022, aproportion of those are within the Credit Hire department.Above all the firm values potential, if you are inquisitive, hardworking and passionate about achieving great results, HF is a great place to develop your career.What will you be doing The Credit Hire team deal with insurance cases whereby a replacement vehicle has been hired on a deferred credit basis and it is their job to investigate the individuals, credit hire companies and beyond to determine if there are any fraud indicators andas to the genuine nature of the claim.You will predominantly be handling your own case load of litigated delegated authority claims. In addition, the team deals with some of the highest value and most technically complex credit hire cases with some exceeding £50K. These can include appeals,credit hire fraud or strategic litigation; so the role represents a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to high quality and challenging work. We would also welcome applications from candidates with experience at law firms specialising in credit hire.You will need to bring an enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude with a desire to achieve and exceed targets combined with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to demonstrate initiative and creative problem solving is desirable.We would like to see a strong work ethic and a committed team player.
