Job Title: Learning and Development Co-ordinatorLocation: Salford, ManchesterSalary: Dependent on ExperienceJob Type: Permanent/Full-time - Working hours are 37.5 hours from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm though there is some flexibility to adjust these slightly as long as the back end of the week is covered full time.About Excalon:Excalon is a privately owned company established in 2002. You will report to the Chief People Officer and co-ordinate all Company learning and development activities.Your own development will be supported through on the job training and a formal learning and development framework (Learning and Development Practitioner Level 3 or Learning and Development Consultant Level 5)The Candidate:Most importantly, we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual who will work flexibly as part of a close knit and busy People team. An excellent communicator, the successful candidate will have the ability to build robust relationships with keystakeholders at all levels.
