What would a typical day involve

• Complete and capture a comprehensive assessment of each consumers circumstances, utilising prescribed scripts.
• Actively assess the consumers account and discuss alternative products
• Ensure that the most appropriate course(s) of action is/are explained to the consumer in a clear manner that is free from jargon. Resolving any outstanding queries to the satisfaction of the consumer, using your skills and knowledge to both educate andprovide reassurance
• Draft IVA legal paperwork following a SIP 3 call
• Assist the consumer in making an informed decision and committing to an appropriate course of action
• Provide the consumer with all the required information and documentation, ensuring that communications are correctly issued, compiled, and returned
• Confirming the consumers understanding of the plan, the duration of the plan.
• All notes and actions are to be clear and accurate on the system in line with company training material
• Full usage of a dialler used for campaign management as required to achieve the groups contact strategy, SLAs and KPIs, remaining accessible when available to receive all inbound calls from customers and colleagues
• Update the required spreadsheets / systems to monitor progress
• Upon documentation being return liaise with consumer to arrange a convenient consultation call.
• To ensure that timely and accurate updates are provided on all cases and within agreed company standards.
• To ensure the customer is central to all activities assessing the customer needs to provide an appropriate solution for the customer.
• Proactively contacting consumers to obtain missing information to ensure the case is progressed within agreed timescales.
• To answer and respond to inbound telephone calls within agreed timescales to ensure a positive customer experience.
• To always behave in a professional and effective manner when dealing with introducers, customers, creditors or 3rd parties to provide a high level of customer service.
