HR Officer, Partington, Permanent, £30,000 - £39,000 plus excellent benefits.Our client is a successful and growing organisation within the manufacturing industry. Due to growth, they are now looking for an HR Officer to join their team and support the local HR Business Partner with HR transactional duties in a newly created role. As HR Officer, you will support a headcount of c160 employees on site. Typically, you will support with:* Support the HR Business Partner in delivering the people plan* Update HRIS and training records* Support with recruitment including advertising, liaising with 3rd party support, scheduling, and supporting with interviews* Administration for new starters, leavers, and contractual changes* Management of sickness absence* Delivering inductions for new starters* Delivering training where needed* Internal communications including letters and emails * MI and reporting* Wellbeing You will have previous experience within a similar role and be level 3 CIPD qualified as a minimum. You will have previous experience of supporting a blue-collar, unionised work force and enjoy a varied workload.In return, you will support a fantastic HR Business Partner who is an excellent mentor and will help develop your HR career path.
