Ashley Kate are supporting our National construction client and are looking for a highly experienced HR Administrator for a permanent opportunity based in Salford. If you have previous experience in a fast paced environment, within a busy HR function thenwe would like to hear from you! Our client have grown, and have further growth plans on the horizon, making this a fantastic time to join them and embed into their company! The role will support a HR Manager closely in day to day HR activities, the company have a number of sites in the UK, with plans to grow further, giving this individual an opportunity to support in wider projects, in particular around branding and benefits!The role: * Recruitment/ on boarding/ starters & leavers process/ inductions etc * Supporting HR meetings and correspondences * Provide support relating to training and development including reviewing training needs * Reporting figures, managing documents, updating HR systems (Cascade) * MUST have strong IT skills in particular ExcelThe ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and be savvy on systems, highly organised and a confident communicator.
