Job Description

Role: Graduate/ Entry Level Recruiter (Graduate Scheme)Location: ManchesterPackage: £20-22K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£50K OTE Year 2)Recent graduate looking for something a little different to all the other Graduate Recruitment Consultant rolesOur client has got you covered; they do things differently.   • Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
  • Researching your market
  • Meeting clients and candidates face to face
  • Account Management
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Building relationships with existing and new clients
  • Networking
  • Negotiating
  • Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies
  • Calling prospective candidates and clients
  • Building a personal brand in your chosen market
  • Attending networking events
  • Closing new business

The Requirements:
  • Recent graduate or 2 years sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good academics, ideally degree educated
