Are you a motivated, team-oriented individual with a passion for Logistics, Transport, Distribution, Pallet Network Distribution, Haulage, and Warehousing If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!As a Forklift Counterbalance Driver, you will play a vital role in our dynamic and fast-paced operation. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth and efficient running of our logistics and warehousing processes. If you are a dedicatedand detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Working Outdoors: Loading and unloading vehicles and trailers.Strapping and Securing Loads: Ensuring all loads are properly secured for safe transportation.Restacking Pallets: Adjusting pallets as needed to optimize storage and transportation.Load Safety: Ensuring all pallets are loaded correctly, safely, and securely.Stock Checking: Regularly checking stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.Pallet Scanning: Using scan guns to efficiently load and track pallets onto vehicles.Curtainsided Trailers: Opening and closing curtainsided trailers as required.Assisting Drivers: Providing support to our drivers during loading and unloading.Paperwork: Completing necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.General Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while strictly adhering to Health and Safety procedures. Please note this position is 50% work on the forklift truck and 50% manual work off the truckQualifications and Requirements:Valid Counterbalance Forklift License.Motivated and positive attitude.Strong team player with excellent communication skills.Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.Prior experience in logistics, distribution, or warehousing preferred but not required.Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed.Working Hours:10:30 AM to 7:30 PM1-hour unpaid break, which can be taken together or split.Additional Information:Occasional overtime opportunities available.If you are a dedicated and safety-conscious individual looking to grow your career in the logistics and warehousing industry, we encourage you to apply.
