Job Description

Extra Care Housing Manager Vacancy waiting to be filledVenn Group have been approached by a Support Organisation and would like to introduce the following position availablePosition: Extra Care Housing Manager Location: Little Hulton, Salford Rate: Negotiable depending on experience Hours: 37.5 hours p/weekno weekends Length: 812 weeks The role will predominantly involve:

  • Ensuring the smooth day to day management of an extra care retirement living scheme for 55 plus age group
  • Housing management
  • Managing two senior members of staff
  • Conducting morning calls and welfare checks
  • Welcoming new residents and managing the use of communal facilities
  • Managing scheme emergency situations appropriately
  • Carrying out health and safety inspections at the scheme
  • Signposting to specialist support agencies
