Job Description

An immediately recognisable brand are looking for an Experimentation Analyst to join them for a 12 month contract. This role would suit someone from a Web Analyst or CRO/Optimisation background, and is focused on running experiments after sales, so is areal insight driven role.Client DetailsBased in Salford, this business is very flexible on working patterns (ideally 1 day a week in the office) and have a fantastic company culture.DescriptionKey responsibilities of the Experimentation Analyst:

  • Onboarding agile teams across all experimentation technology and strategy.
  • Work directly with the Digital Experimentation Lead and wider digital marketing teams to establish governance and operational excellence guidelines
  • Provide first line support for our agile teams and business units on all things experimentation, from refining hypotheses, analysing test results and designing experiments
  • Collaborate with the digital analyst to measure the commercial and digital experience (NPS) impact of experiments
  • Execute quarterly maturity benchmarking exercise across the organisation to build an evolving picture of our experimentation maturity and sophistication
  • Work directly with developers to support the implementation of experiments both server side and client side
ProfileThe ideal candidate will have some (but not necessarily all!) of the below:
  • Strong knowledge of A/B Testing and experimentation practice principles, spanning ideation, hypothesis building, experiment design and measurement, build, launch, analysis, statistical principles and results sharing.
  • Demonstrable experience of using experimentation platforms, such as Optimizely or Adobe Target
  • Dashboarding Tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
  • UX design and research in addition to product engineering principles
  • Programming Languages (SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
Job OfferExperimentation Analyst Offer:- Up to £50,000 plus fantastic benefits- 12 month contract
