Job Title: Executive Head ChefLocation: Salford QuaysSalary: £48,000 - £52,000 per annum plus staff benefitsJob Type: Full time, PermanentWorking Hours: 45 hours per weekThe Lowry is an internationally acclaimed cultural landmark situated at the heart of MediaCityUK in Salford, one of the worlds most exciting culture and media destinations.The Role:A fantastic, yet rare opportunity has arisen as we are looking for a talented, dynamic and hands on Executive Head Chef to take the reins in our established kitchen team.The ideal candidate will lead, motivate and inspire the team, creating the right culture within our kitchens to drive consistency and be an ambassador for our culinary team.You will be required to work on a flexible rota pattern, which includes working weekends, bank holidays and evenings where required.The role has a number of staff benefits including:
