Liberty has an exciting opportunity for an Environmental & Arboriculture Co-ordinator to join our team, based in Salford. We’re proud to employ the most talented, driven individuals within the property services sector.We’re experts in property services, reactive and void maintenance, refurbishment and eco-technology and we believe our people are our biggest asset.We are committed to putting customers and clients at the heart of everything we do!Liberty offers professional electrical installations and property building and maintenance services, with a strong commitment to value for money services that make a positive difference to people and the communities in which we work.Responsibilities for this Environmental & Arboriculture Co-ordinator will include:Organising, supervising and monitoring of the front-line service delivery staff in Grounds Maintenance and Arboriculture servicesCo-ordinate the efficient use of material, tools, plant and equipmentEnsure that works are completed within agreed specifications and timeframesUndertake HR related activities including recruitment and selection, discipline, grievance, appraisal and sickness counsellingAssist in training and development of staffCo-ordinate vehicle requirements, repairs and hire in consultation with the fleet teamUndertake admin tasks including maintaining records, preparing reports and authorising timesheets and bonus journalsMaintain and update records and estimate the cost and time requirement of works outside of specificationWhat we are looking for in our ideal Environmental & Arboriculture Co-ordinator:GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English. HND or NVQ Level 3 in Horticulture and / or NEBBS Supervisory Management or equivalent/ management qualification. CS30, CS31, CS38 & CS39. Emergency First Aid at Work +F (Desirable).
