Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Damp Coordination Officer to join our team, based in the North West Region (Salford). Liberty offers professional gas installation, maintenance and servicing, as well as energy solutions, electrical installationsand property building and maintenance services, with a strong commitment to value for money services that make a positive difference to people and the communities in which we work.Responsibilities for the Damp Coordination Officer role are:Liaise with the planning team and aid/assist with the planning of damp repairs and damp inspectionsLiaise with the Business Support Team and aid/assist with the raising of damp inspections and damp repairsRun audit reports and carry out full cleansing of the system, in particular OOT jobs and making contacts to tenants to plan works in and/or advise of any delays so lines of communication are improved.Be a point of contact for staff for email queries, phone calls, checking job statuses etc.Auditing the valuations sent over and keep a close eye on the financial status of works alongside the Damp and Disrepair Project ManagerSit in on meetings and provide insight to how the contract is running and areas where improvements can be made and what is going wellLiaise and work closely with the complaints team and aid with tenant communication and planning of worksGood knowledge of IT systems desirableOrganisational skills and good time managementPrevious social housing experience desirableWhat we are looking for in our ideal Damp Coordination Officer:Strong administrative skills and ability to operate a computerised database system (ideally Opti-Time). Experience in working with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access).
