Job Description

Customer Service Representative - PART TIME 3 DAYS A WEEK Office based, Salford Immediate start £11.00 per hour Office Angels are currently recruiting for Customer service Representatives to join a rapidly growing hair and beauty brand in Salford.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked within the hair andbeauty industry previously but is looking for office hours. The working hours are Tuesday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm.Duties will include:

  • You will be the first point of contact for all incoming sales enquiries via telephone and email from customers and field sales reps
  • Providing appropriate advice, quotes and product information to customers
  • Maintaining business records
  • Lead generation and assisting with existing business
  • Booking meetings for field sales representatives
  • Working with senior colleagues and sales reps to ensure continuity of care for customers
  • Handling sales enquiries with the aim of conversion from enquiry to sales
  • Processing sales administration, ordering of products etc.
We are looking for candidates with:
  • Experience of sales administration/customer service
  • Exceptional telephone manner
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and resilience
  • Confident and professional in dealing with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organisational, problem solving and time management skills
