Job Description

Customer Service AdvisorClient DetailsThe client is a a manufacturer based in Salford, looking to speak with candidates that are either fluent in French or fluent in German to join their team on a permanent basis.Description

  • Providing excellent customer service to a global customer base
  • Customer communication via telephone and email
  • Processing customer orders via SAP, Webshop and Robotic ordering systems for all customer orders, deliveries and invoices.
  • Providing Webshop ordering guidance to all active customers
  • Liaise with the planning and shipping departments to ensure customers receive all orders within delivery lead-time.
  • Arrange and liaise with export forwarders for efficient shipment booking and delivery to customers.
  • Process all required export documentation for customer shipments.
  • Work closely with all Logistics departments to ensure on time shipments.
  • Answering all incoming calls in line with the company
  • Processing all Customer Complaints within internal timescales.
  • Investigating all Customer Invoice queries and responding within the response policy and raise credit note where applicable
  • Generate and analyse a variety of reports via SAP to manage customer sales and stocks in conjunction with Sales Managers.
  • Contacting key customers to chase for repeat orders.
  • Reception duties cover.
  • General administration.
  • Cover other Administrators during times of absence or when necessary.
  • Other additional administration duties when required.
ProfileEssential5 GCSEs grade A - C (including Maths and English) or equivalentMulti lingual - Fluent English plus (German, French, Italian and/or Polish)A Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word and Excel.Strong Customer Service skills.Export Knowledge and experience of shipping to Europe and ROW - including paperwork requirementsExperience in working in a high pressure and volume environment.Experience in building strong working relationships both internally and externally.DesirableHigher education certificates i.e. BTEC / A Levels / DegreeSAP Knowledge.Dangerous Goods Shipment knowledgeExport Knowledge and experience of shipping to Europe and ROW - including paperwork required to ship to these areas.Job OfferFantastic opportunityCompetitive salary
