Job Description

Claims HandlerSalford QuaysSalary: up to £23,700 - £25,000 DOE Our client is a leading broadband and telecommunications company based in the heart of Salford Quays. Due to continued growth, they are currently looking for X5 Claims Handler to join the complaints team.Responsibilities of the Claims Handler:Making sure every customer mattersClaims Hanlders will support our customers by:

  • Explaining processes and products
  • Effective communication both spoken and written (most communication is over email, very few phone calls)
  • Attention to detail ensuring high levels of accuracy
Delivering our commitments
  • Following all internal processes accurately
  • Achieving all targets including productivity and quality targets
  • Always looking for opportunities to make things better and providing feedback on things that may improve our customers experiences
Being part of a team
  • Supporting your colleagues and wider teams
  • Being part of a dynamic organisation who strive to always save our customers money
The ideal Claims Handler will demonstrate/have:
  • Excellent organisational Skills
  • 1-year retentions or complaints handling experience
  • Delivering high quality under aggressive deadlines
  • Working autonomously with minimal direction
