Job Description

You will support the fortnightly inductions and will work closely with the L&D Business Partner to fine tune existing processes and develop new ones where necessary. You will be supported through a fully financedL2 or L3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration and will develop your knowledge, skills, and behaviours in L&D. Using our HR software, you will track training requests and approvals, coordinate the booking of all MFS external training, liaising with internaland external stakeholders to ensure the process runs smoothly. You will become the FPOC for all MFS training enquiries, certifications, and training records held centrally. Raise purchase orders and be responsible for invoice queries Once training has takenplace, upload certificates to the NaturalHR or liaise with stakeholders to rebook. Provide a weekly compliance report for MFS schedulers. Assign e-learning to new starters on the Astute platform and assign monthly toolbox talks to MFS engineers. Update theAstute platform with starters/leavers. Support with training requirements during mobilisation of new contracts Evidence specific competencies to customers when tendering for new contracts. Mainly specific fire or security systems. Create online portal loginsfor engineers and manage access across client portals. Work closely with the L&D Business Partner to support the smooth running of the department. Other duties appropriate to the role as directed by the L&D Manager.
