As our Bad Debt Protection Administrator, you will…Work alongside the other members of the Bad Debt Protection and Debtor Risk Team to support the business in achieving its targets. It is your role to ensure that risk is controlled to the standard agreed by the company andthat all policy reporting requirementsare actioned by required deadlines. You will be providing all aspects of administrative responsibilities for the Bad Debt Protection function. You will also be the main day-to-day contact regarding Bad Debt Protection to your designated office contacts, deliveringexcellent customer service to operating companies and assisting with any queries.Your responsibilities as our Bad Debt Protection Administrator will include:
  • Actioning Cover Limit applications (initial requests, increases and appeals) promptly and accurately within the agreed timescales including managing providers to action promptly
  • Actioning and communicatingany withdrawn cover limits ensuring offices and clients are advised within agreed timescales
  • Reconcilingand applying charges for cover limits
  • Liaisingwith office contacts to review cover levels and release cover were no longer required to manage exposure levels
  • Auditing accuracy of cover limits daily to minimise risk to BFS
  • Completingand collating all policy compliance reporting for our service providers and operating companies including Overdue Debt Reporting, Notifiable Events and Over-trading and Over-funding
  • Inputting key information into dashboards to allow analysis to support managing risk
  • Providinga high level of service to all BFS colleagues and our clients whilst minimising risk
  • Establishing and maintaining professional and expert relationships with all operating companies
  • Responding to all emails, enquiries and telephone calls within the agreed service levels
