As the Executive Assistant you will be supporting the executive leadership team with all aspects of EA duties, this role will be on a 6-month FTC basis and to start immediately.Client DetailsThe client is a well established business based in Salford Quays and a market leader in their industry. As the EA you will be joining them on a contract basis with the potential of an extension.DescriptionThe Key responsibilities will includeProvide a first-class, executive assistant service to the CEO and support to the Executive Leadership Team such that they are able to focus on their key responsibilities.* Manage a diverse workload efficiently and effectively in order to provide a comprehensive, high quality Executive Assistant service to the agreed standards.* Address and prioritise the high-level competing demands on the CEOs time/diary, acting as gatekeeper, to ensure an appropriate balance in the daily scheduling in line with their preferences and responsibilities.* To work in a professional manner maintaining diplomacy and confidentiality in communicating highly sensitive or highly contentious information with people of all levels within the organisation and other clients requiring tact, discretion and reassuranceskills* Organise meetings and ensure the timely co-ordination of agendas and papers.* Arrange travel and accommodation where needed.* Take,transcribe and circulate minutes from meetings ensuring these are clear, accurate and in the required format.* Provide support for projects/presentations as directed and where required making effective use of data, information, knowledge and technology to improve, inform and support the delivery of projects, services, and initiatives.* Effectively prepare and communicate information, including briefings and reports.* Provide cover for the reception phoneProfileThe Successful candidate will have/be* Substantial experience as a personal/executive assistant to a Director / Board level officer* Experience of managing own workload and dealing with conflicting priorities* Ability to transcribe minutes* Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, being able to adapt style to meet the needs of the situation* Experienced and proficient user of Microsoft Office suite of programs and internet* Ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers at all levelsJob OfferA Salary of £25,000-£30,000
