We are looking to recruit a Practice Nurse for a wonderful GP surgery in Trafford, Greater Manchester, towards the town Sale.They are happy to consider either part time and full time Nurses for the role and can be flexible with working pattern and start and finish times. They are open to negotiating salary, offering a competitive rate of pay depending on your skill set, experience and current pay. They will include benefits such as NHS pension, 5 weeks of annual leave + bank holidays and Indemnity cover as standard.The site uses EMIS web, and they have around 15,000 patients on their list. The clinical team is comprised of 9 Partner GPs, 4 Salaried GPs, 3 ANPs, 3 PNs, 2 HCAs and a Practice based Pharmacist. They have excellent staff retention with the majority of the nursing team being at the centre for 10+ years, showing a commitment from the team, very telling of how positive the working environment is here.
