About The Role: Customer Service support proactively & reactively support French and Spanish customer sales Acting as the crucial link between the company and the French and Spanish customers Deal with any enquiries and needs from existing & new customers and to deal with administration of sales Providing help and advice to customers on our products and services Organising the production and dispatch of appropriate samples Communicating courteously with customers by telephone and e-mail Processing orders accurately on to a computerised system and sending out order acknowledgements Producing job sheets, cutting lists and going out lists for the production and dispatch teams from the computerised system Support the marketing activity via blog and mailer translation Liaising with freight companies, investigating and solving customers problems Handling customer complaints Essential Skills & Experience Previous experience in a customer service or sale support role High competency level in use of Microsoft Office French to Native level and Fluency in English Knowledge in Spanish or other European language would be an advantage About The Benefits Salary GBP20000-GBP21000 Company bonus 3-5% of annual salary paid quarterly Death in service Pension 30 days holiday inclusive of the stats Bupa healthcare Working hours 8am-5pm Mon-Fri with 4.10pm finish on a Friday To Apply If this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV to us today!
