What will I be doing as a Customer Service Advisor Customer Service support proactively & reactively support customer sales Acting as the crucial link between the company and the customers Deal with any enquiries and needs from existing & new customers and to deal with administration of sales Providing help and advice to customers on our products and services Organising the production and dispatch of appropriate samples Communicating courteously with customers by telephone and e-mail Processing orders accurately on to a computerised system and sending out order acknowledgements Producing job sheets, cutting lists, and going out lists for the production and dispatch teams from the computerised system Support the marketing activity via blog and mailer translation Liaising with freight companies, investigating, and solving customers problems Handling customer complaints We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following Skills & Experience Previous experience in a Customer Service or Sale Support role with a background in manufacturing being preferable however not essential to the role High competency level in use of Microsoft Office Whats in it for me as a Customer Service Advisor Working hours Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm Early finish on a Friday 8:00am - 4:10pm Company bonus 3% of starting salary initially then 5% after probation period as well as the opportunity to earn commission on top Bupa Healthcare Pension 30 days holiday - inclusive of the stats Death in Service Bright and modern working environment Free parking To Apply If this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV We aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
