Job Description

New operatives needed!Binwash UK are expanding! Based in Saffron Walden, we have been operating for over 10+ years across 6 districts (including Bishops Stortford, Great Bardfield, Great Dunmow, Haverhill, Saffron Walden and Royston). We need to recruit at least one permanent full-time role to operate an additional vehicle and machine trailer.The candidate MUST haves:

  • Be reliable and hard working to maintain our high standards and excellent reputation.
  • Have a full and clean driving licence with 5+ years experience.
  • Capable of driving a van towing a small trailer. Training will be provided.
  • Cope with outdoor work & physical nature of the job.
  • Work without supervision, use own initiative and communicate positively with customers.
  • Live within easy reach of Saffron Walden.
WORKING HOURS are based upon the size of the workload for the day - you finish when the day is complete. There are no set hours, it is based around how quickly candidates settle in and learn routes and locations. You will work longer duringthe initial training period as you learn to route and job routine, but this should reduce significantly once the operative is able to work independently.A competitive salary - which starts at £20,000 during the probationary period - will be paid with scope to grow your annual earnings. Once probabtion is successful and candidates are ready to work independently, we shall review salary immediately.Company clothing will be issued once the training probationary period is completed.
