Job Description

At Kevin Henry, part of the Connells Group, were looking for a highly motivated Lettings Support Centre Manager to lead our Property Management Team within our market leading branch in Saffron Walden. Key responsibilities of a Senior Property Manager
  • Lead the property management team as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staff
  • Provide expert advice to branch and customers particularly in relation to the implications of relevant legislation.
  • Maintain central register of contractors and ensure that they have the correct qualifications
  • Oversee customer service ensuring works and renewals are carried out in a timely manner and monitor chasing up invoices and inspection of works and Tenancy Agreements
  • Monitor workloads in order that deadlines are met and service levels are adhered to.
  • Assist with complicated cases and tenancies advising PC, Landlord and Tenant of options along with liaising with LSC and branch
Skills and Experience required to be successful as aSenior Property Manager
  • Experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager
  • Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle
  • Strong customer service skills and confident communicator
  • Good team player
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Good analytical ability
