Job Description

Do you have a background in Chemistry You may be currently working in a laboratory setting, R & D or Education, but also have a creative streak and love sharing content and ideas. If so I have the perfect opportunity for you!I am looking for a Scientific Content Writer to join an innovative family business that are leaders in providing scientific equipment. As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for working alongside product managers, technical specialists and the widermarketing team to produce written content for both scientific and non scientific communities, ensuring that often complex content is engaging and easy to understand.You will be involved in:

  • Creating written content for various channels including, white papers, blogs, landing pages, social media posts, emails, webinar scripts, brochures and more.
  • Adapting style and tone to suit different channels and audiences
  • Assist in the production of training materials for technical sales teams
  • Developing a long-term content plan aligned with the objectives of the business and marketing plan.
  • Gathering customer insights to enhance content relevance

Ideally you will have a chemistry qualification or equivalent technical work experience in a chemical environment, alongside excellent writing and editing skills.
