Small but well established homecare provider in Little Chesterford, North West Essex, seeks experienced and ambitious Registered Manager. The company operates out of bright and spacious offices with private parking, just off the M11/A11 near Saffron Walden and a few miles south of CambridgeBuilding on the strong training and compliance culture created by the previous manager, we are looking for someone with the management experience, networking skills and business acumen to grow the operation and help the company become the care provider of choice, both locally and across the wider region.The company provides visiting care in its local area, together with live-in care across Essex and the East of England, currently almost entirely to private clients. The quality of the service is confirmed by a CQC rating of Good at our last inspection in December, 2018 and our short-listing in 7 categories for the finals of 2020 Great British Care Awards (now put back to Summer, 2021).This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and committed Manager to demonstrate their team-building and business development skills and be well rewarded for doing so. An attractive starting salary will be offered in the range of £28- £32,000, depending on experience, together with a substantial quarterly bonus for meeting realistic growth targets. Success in the role will lead to annual earnings of up to £40,000 and the opportunity for further promotion. Required skills
