Job Description

Exciting opportunity to join a sociable, fun, professional office that has shown significant growth over recent years.They are seeking a confident, pro-active person with excellent customer service skills coupled with a professional telephone manner to join the team as a receptionist.You will be the first port of call for all clients dealing with inbound calls and admin duties supporting the rest of the team.Please note this is a busy office, you will be busy and multitasking will need to be second nature to you to carry out the role effectively.Due to the growth of the company this position does have the potential to take on additional duties in the future and learn and develop new skills within the role for the right person. Training will be provided.Duties Include:

  • Answering and directing calls
  • Scanning and filing documents
  • Post & franking
  • Banking
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Tea & Coffee supplies and offering drinks(post covid 19)
  • Arranging team meetings (checking calendars and emailing requests)
  • Stationary
  • Checking emails
  • Creating Letters
  • Other admin duties as required
