Your energy, an abundance of team spirit and your hunger to help.Together we are building happy.The RoleWe are recruiting for an analytical, organised and solution focused Operational Risk Manager who can build key relationships while positivity influencing change through effective risk management.The successful candidate will join our talented Risk and Compliance team while building connections across the Society. This is an excellent opportunity for a leader that wants to make a difference.Key Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Responsible for the capture and management of the risk events escalation and reporting process throughout the Group
  • Ensure that appropriate trends/ Ml are reported to the Deputy CRO and appropriate management committees
  • Responsible for the management of the Groups process for root cause analysis of risk events
  • The development, implementation and oversight of the effective embedding of the Groups Operational Risk Policy
  • The development, implementation and oversight of the effective embedding of the Groups stress testing and scenario analysis in relation to operational risk as part of the Groups ICAAP
  • The management of the RCSA process and provide oversight of the output. Ensure that appropriate trends/ Ml are reported to the Deputy CRO and appropriate management committees

  • A high level of Operational regulatory risk knowledge
