Job Title: Mortgage Advisor - RetentionsLocation: Saffron Walden with flexibility to work from homeSalary: £28,000-£32,000 plus annual discretionary bonusHours: 35 hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pmBenefits:

    • About the role of Mortgage Advisor - Retentions:We are excited to be working on an incredible opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join our clients Retentions team. The successful Mortgage Adviser will provide advice for all existing customers on existing mortgage contracts. They will also be required to discuss options for all existing mortgage customers on an advised and non-advised basis. This role will work alongside the successful Mortgage team colleagues and together ensure a seamless customer journey for the existing members.Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Advisor - Retentions
  • To ensure that all existing customers enquiries are dealt with professionally and promptly.
  • To proactively maintain relationships with customers.
  • Proactively manage contact to mortgage customers whose product is maturing.
  • Offer full advice service to all existing customers on a regulated mortgage contract.
  • Process retention administration
  • Manage delivery of all welcome calls to newly completed residential mortgage customers.
  • Proactively contact all redemption requests, collate feedback & report to HOMS for analysis of data to enable our client to improve /retain and grow.
  • Manage and maintain diary system for 1st anniversary calls to mortgage customers.
  • Review and respond to clients changing needs and financial circumstances.
  • Demonstrate full compliance standards that satisfy all regulatory and legislative requirements.
    • Experience required for the role of Mortgage Advisor - Retentions
  • Fully CeMAP qualified
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a recent Mortgage Advisory role with a lender or brokerage.
  • Experience giving advice within the residential and buy to let mortgage sector.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases from DIP
  • Excellent customer care skills and the desire to deliver a swift and professional service.
  • Excellent Communication skills
