Job Description

We are looking for a talented HR Manager to join a growing business in the south of Cambridge. On-site5 days per weekPartnering with HR Director, and the HR Executive you will understandthe needs of the business as the continue to expand and implement the key HR strategies to support the growth. You willprovide pragmatic and commercially focusedsolutions in relation topeople issues, meeting business objectives and create an environment of positive people management, ensuring the organisation attracts, develops and retains talented people who are fully engaged and productive in their role and with the company.Main Key Skills

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and that standards are followed with regards to policies, procedures, compliance
  • Continuously work on improving and embedding the companies culture and values
  • Support the recruitment and selection process with senior stakeholders
  • Support the vision and direction of the company
Essential
  • CIPD level 5 or degree equivalent
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or Senior HR Executive
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Ability to use own initiative & problem solving skills
