Currently recruiting a Finance Manager for our client based south of Cambridge and within easy reach of the Essex boarder. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the finance function in the UK, raising awareness of all UK finance situations, working closely with the managers for all areas of the business in addition to liaising with the company Head Office.Key duties include:·Manage two members of staff, train and mentor and carry out annual appraisals·Oversee accounts payable and receivables processes and review work·Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting on variances for review with Managers·Prepare annual budget, review and update forecast ·Preparation of statutory returns, Intrastat, EC Sales lists, VAT Returns, P11Ds·Manage royalties receivables and payables·Prepare company Tax Pack and financial schedules for the R&D tax credit ·Inter-company reconciliations·Asset Management ·Cash-flow - Monitor, manage and forecast ·Company Insurance·Liaise with AuditorsYou will have experience of working in a similar role and want to work in a business that has excellent staff retention and puts its people first.
