Atrium Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of client for an Assistant Service Manager.You will work alongside the service manager to help lead and manage the service supporting four adults with learning disabilities, autism, behaviors that challenge, epilepsy, mental health needs & ADHD in their own home.In this role you will motivate and inspire your team to provide outstanding support through effective training, coaching, and leadership by example. Acting as a role model you will empower the people we support to have active and fulfilling lives alignedwith their needs and aspirations.
