Job Description

We are looking for candidates who have a genuine interest in working within the IT sector! Maybe you have studied IT or Computer Science, maybe you have a passion and enjoy building computers in your spare time This position is due to a recent growth periodand expansion within the company so there is lots of opportunities to develop yourself and your career.Location: Saffron WaldenSalary: £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience plus company bonus schemeDuration: PermanentHours: Monday - Friday, weekly rotational shift patterns of the following:8am - 16:30pm9am - 17:30pm15:30pm - 00:00amWhat you will be doing:

  • Providing 1st line support to all customers enquiries through a ticketing system, telephone, and email
  • Using skills to solve problems and support the clients in finding a solution
  • Escalating technical issues to 2nd line support and technical sales teams if these issues cannot be resolved
  • Ensuring that customer service levels always remain high
About you and your skillset:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A passion for IT with the desire to build on and extend existing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Close attention to detail when dealing with clients
  • Friendly and polite telephone manner
