An exciting opportunity has arisen in South of Tyne Community services for 2 band 7 Clinical Lead Posts within the Adult Community Pathway.The post holder will need to be flexible in their approach to supporting the day to day clinical management and clinical support of the service. The Clinical Lead will work within the multi disciplinary team and supervise staff to facilitate and coordinate clinical practice, ensuring efficient, effective and supportive care delivery.The successful applicants will be supported fully by the management team in relation to their development requirements in this role and specific areas of their responsibility.The posts are full time 37.5 hours and will be based in the South Locality but there may be some travel across the CNTW site.For further details / informal visits contact:Carole Green, Clinical Manager, carole.green@cntw.nhs.uk
