Job Description

Challenge-trg Recruitment are currently seeking Warehouse Operatives to join a recently refurbished logistics centre in Rushden, NN10 0FN. We are looking for driven and hardworking people to work in fantastic working conditions in a friendly environment with plenty of opportunity to progress in the future. You will be working in a warehouse dealing with high street clothing and accessories. ***Due to the location of the warehouse, you need to have your own transport to get there***Pay rate and Shift as a full time Warehouse Operative:

  • £11.64 per hour- for basic hours
  • £17.46 per hour - overtime rate, paid after 37.5 hours are completed in one week
  • 14:00pm until 22:00pm
  • Breaks: 30 minutes unpaid break
Duties as a Warehouse Operative:
  • Picking, packing goods
  • Loading, unloading, moving, storing, palletising products
  • Managing received goods for dispatch
  • Keeping accurate records, either paper-based or on a computer
  • Complying with health and safety requirements
  • Labelling items
  • Cleaning the warehouse
  • Maintaining equipment
