We are recruiting for a Reward Analyst role on behalf of a leading construction and property development business. This company believes to provide a friendly, supportive and collaborative atmosphere to attract, retain and progress individual talents.This is a brand-new role as the business has commissioned a significant amount of data to be produced, which now needs a reward professional to analyse and interpret it in order to ensure the organisation is making the best decisions. The role would requireyou to maintain a deep understanding of the business, providing insight and thought leadership on a range of reward and pensions-related topics and their application to key strategic issues.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Analysing large sets of complex people data to provide insight on Rewards and pensions, such as bonuses and annual pay reviews.- Supporting the development of job grading and pay bands.- Providing specific analysis for the 2026 Gender Pay Gap project.- Using data and reports to improve the Diversity and Inclusion agenda.- Using stakeholder feedback, designing and reviewing Reward and Pension policies.Skills required:- Experience working in reward with focus on Equal Pay, pay modelling CEO Pay ratio.- Advanced skills using MS Excel.- A flexible and collaborative approach to be able to handle the fast-changing workload.- A drive to dig into people data and make a real impact- Excellent time management to be able to work deadlines and produce high-quality work.This role is paying from £45,000 - £50,000 per year. The company has an agile/flexible working policy to enable people living further away to visit the office only once a month. This role is brand new and so its full of opportunities considering personaldevelopment within the company.
