Job Description

Junior Purchase Ledger ClerkAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Junior Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our clients growing business in Rushden.You will receive a structured training programme, study support and the chance to learn and develop your skills.Ideally you will have one years accounts experience either in a finance role or general office position.Duties will include:

  • Processing, matching and coding supplier invoices.
  • Sending out copy invoices.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Sending out remittances.
  • Investigating invoice discrepancies.
  • Monitoring the purchase ledger inbox.
  • Invoice filing.
You will be working as part of a supportive team and you should be a strong team player with excellent attention to detail, high levels of numeracy and good organisation and communication skills.For further details please contact one2one Recruitment.
