Junior Internal Sales Executive (Electronics Manufacturing)£25,000 + training + development + progression + yearly bonus + potential for flexitime or part-time if requiredRushdenDo you have any Sales or Customer Service experience, looking to progress your career with a specialist manufacturer of Electronic components to global OEMs, where you will receive dedicated training and development, in a purely internally focused salesrole, which has arisen due to ongoing growthAre you seeking a varied and versatile role which you can make your own, for a company which produce highly technically advanced products, which are distributed worldwide, and have previously been utilised in the Olympics, where you will have the abilityto shape your future careerThe company have been established for nearly 40 years, manufacture a range of electrical components, supplying highly reputable OEMs and CEMs worldwide. They are currently embarking on an ambitious growth plan, and therefore this role has arisen, to taketechnical enquiries from clients, and provide an excellent service to a plethora of customers.You will be responsible for taking incoming calls from clients, providing product support, problem solving any technical enquires and upselling where possible.The role:

  • Take incoming calls from clients, regarding product range, technical enquiries, ongoing service, etc
  • Respond to technical enquiries, troubleshooting and providing effective advice to clients
  • Upsell the companys range of products and services where possible
  • Liaise with internal teams (engineering, production, accounts, supply chain) to provide up to date advice and expertise to clients
The person:
  • Any sales, account management or customer service experience
  • Interest in Engineering / Technical
